Eligibility Requirements

  1. Must be of Hispanic/Latinx heritage

  2. U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or DACA 

  3. Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for undergraduate students*

  4. Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university in California, for the 2025-2026 academic year*

  5. Submit the FAFSA or CADAA/AB540 (if applicable)

This scholarship is not exclusive to males. All Latinos/as/es are encouraged to apply, regardless of gender identity/sex

*Proof of enrollment and transcripts will be requested if you advance to the finalist stage.

  5. 1 Letter of Recommendation from teacher, counselor, etc. (2 recommended)
